SHIPPING POLICY — MIDNIGHT HOODS

Processing Time
Every Midnight Hoods order is made to order. Please allow up to 30 days for your order to be 
processed before it ships. Processing time does not include delivery time.

Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery takes:
- United States: [X–X] business days
- International: [X–X] business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery: up to 30 days of processing plus delivery time.
During holidays and peak season (including Black Friday and Christmas), processing and delivery may 
take longer.

If your order will take longer than our stated processing time, we'll email you, and you can choose 
to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It can take 3–5 business days 
for tracking to start updating, so don't worry if it doesn't show movement right away.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, email us within 24 
hours of placing your order. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered 
at checkout, and reshipping in that case is at the customer's cost.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your package is lost in transit, email us and 
we'll work with the carrier to locate it or reship it to you.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and 
your local post office first, then email us within 7 days and we'll help you file a claim with the 
carrier.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes charged by their 
country. These are not included in your order total.
